At lotus27™, we not only hope that you will be satisfied with our products, we sincerely hope that they will bring beauty + joy into your busy life.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will honor returns within 10 days of delivery date. Returns outside of this time window will not be accepted.

  • Returns will not be accepted on earrings, post-consumer goods (including but not limited to vintage items + clothing), digital downloads, greeting cards, enamel pins, artwork, bath + beauty items, food items (including but not limited to tea + fruit spread), gift cards and/or certificates, custom items, special orders or sale items.

  • We will only accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of the delivery date for return or exchange. Your return or exchange must have a Return Authorization Number (see below), all tags must be attached and items must be returned in their original packaging. We are sorry, merchandise not returned in its original condition and/or without a Return Authorization Number cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable. Your original cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Begin the return or exchange process by contacting us for a Return Authorization Number. Please include your name, address, email address, order number and Return Authorization Number inside the box.

  • Please repack your returns carefully as we are not responsible for nor can we issue refunds for items that arrive in damaged condition.

  • Please contact us with the tracking number so we know that your package is in transit.
